Return & Refund Policy

At Fast Shirts Ohio, many of our products are custom-made to order. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Printed Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final on:

  • Custom printed t-shirts
  • DTF transfers and gang sheets
  • Custom stickers
  • Any other product printed using customer-supplied artwork

The artwork you upload is the artwork that will be printed. Fast Shirts Ohio is not responsible for issues resulting from customer-provided files, including but not limited to:

  • Low-resolution artwork
  • Pixelation or blurry prints
  • Incorrect colors contained within the uploaded file
  • Spelling errors, design errors, or formatting issues present in the artwork submitted by the customer

For best results, artwork should be submitted at 4800 × 6000 pixels and 300 DPI with a transparent background when applicable.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork before submitting an order.

Garment Defects & Order Issues

If there is an issue with the actual garment or production quality that is unrelated to the artwork provided, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Examples may include:

  • Incorrect garment size shipped
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defects in the garment
  • Printing errors caused by Fast Shirts Ohio

To report an issue, please email nathan@fastshirtsohio.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your email should include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once printing or production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
